We operate state-of-the-art equipment which delivers precision and high speed stamping, utilizing forming dies and progressive carbide stamping dies. These precision stamping systems produces 4 pins at one time (4 up). We also offer strand annealed and pre-plated stamping, with thin gage and modular tooling capabilities. Our machinery has a press rating of 18 to 30 tons, and speeds up to 1400 strokes per minute. We provide metal stamping with pin lengths ranging from .300" to 4", band widths up to 2", wire diameters from .012" to .062", part thicknesses from .001" to .050", and tolerances of ±.001". In addition to our home base in Roanoke, Virginia, we have a facility in Guangdong, China, where we can provide additional cost savings. We are TS 16949 and ISO 9001 certified, which assures our clients that our metal-stamped parts meet the highest quality, delivery, and pricing demands.
