At INTRICATE, we’ve been providing custom tooling for over 25 years. This comprehensive tooling service provides for every step from concept to production.

Design includes solid modeling, technical support, as well as providing all tool history documentation. Tool fabrication employs state of the art wire EDM, grinding, milling, and turning from advanced EDM and vertical machining centers, producing tooling from aluminum and carbide to tolerances of ±.0002". We custom fabricate a wide range of fixtures such as inspection gauge and assembly fixtures. Die fabrication includes progressive, forming, and blanking dies, just to name a few. We provide many wear and replacement components, such as punches, dies, strippers, holder plates, and die shoes. We keep our prices competitive with low cost assembly from our facility in China, and work with production volumes from single prototype to large production runs. Our typical lead time is just 12 weeks. And the quality, delivery, and pricing of our work are assured by our TS 16949 and ISO 9001 certifications.
